2022-23 Budget Vote & BOE Elections
The MCS Board of Education will be interviewing Principal candidates on the late afternoon/evening of Thursday, May 12, 2022.  No action will be taken at these interviews.

 

A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AT THE BOARD OF EDUCATION’S APRIL 25, 2022 MEETING TO SOLICIT PUBLIC COMMENTS ON THE DISTRICT’S “PRELIMINARY SMART SCHOOLS INVESTMENT PLAN EXPENDITURE OF $190,000 FOR HIGH-TECH SAFETY & SECURITY EQUIPMENT."  A PRESENTATION ON THE EXPENDITURE CAN BE FOUND ON THE DISTRICT’S WEBSITE (under Parents/Community & Policies/Plans tabs).  Comments/questions can also be emailed to Superintendent Vaughn at [email protected].

The MCS Board of Education will be interviewing Principal candidates on the afternoon/evening of March 30 and March 31.  No action will be taken at these interviews.
Members of the BOE Communications Committee will meet with MTA representatives and Administration at 5:00 p.m. prior the BOE Regular Meeting to discuss:  (1) the proposed cell phone policy changes, (2) discipline of students, (3) fights occurring at school, and (4) staff and students not feeling safe.  No action will be taken.
