- Encourage an instructional environment that focuses on educational, emotional, and social needs of students in order to promote:
- mastery level achievement of the New York standards.
- an environment within the school community that inspires the acquisition of knowledge from Pre-K to grade 12 and encourages higher education and/or formal training after graduation.
- Further advance the school community by:
- recruiting and hiring quality educational leaders, faculty, and staff to ensure financial stability for the future.
- encouraging and supporting the various training opportunities for school personnel to better serve the students and families of MCS.
- increasing the appropriate use of technology both in and out of school.
- Continue to improve communication and connection among students, parents, faculty, staff and the community at-large.
