The NYS HESC (Higher Education Services Corporation) website offers everything you need to know about planning for college, your high school path to college, choosing a major, and college, and applying to colleges. Check it out by clicking the link below!

Excited about applying to College but don't know where to start? Students who are applying to colleges can use the CommonApp, the SUNY.edu application, or go directly to the College/University website and apply there. There can be fees attached to some college applications. 

ALL students who are applying to community colleges will complete applications found on the specific college's website. Community Colleges applications are FREE.

Students who receive free/reduced lunch are eligible for application fee waivers.

MCS Students in there Junior and Senior Years will attend the SUNY Road Show Hosted at either Morristown Central School or Hammond Central School as well as the Ogdensburg Free Academy College Fair within the fall to explore many public and private Universities in New York State.
